Whether you are a fan of bluegrass music, or just love to go camping, Wickenburg, Arizona is the place to be in January of each year. There you will find members of the London Bridge Yacht Club, camped in a circle, and enjoying both the outdoors and the wonderful bluegrass music performed by musicians from around the country and Canada. The activities of the day include both shows by professional bands and competition among various bluegrass groups. As good as these performances are, it gets even better after dark as impromptu groups of musicians roam among the campsites, playing for their fans. With a little "enticement", they may even stay and play for you most of the evening! The following photos depict a little of what this camping trip and festival are all about.
