The Yacht Club maintains a progressive blend of
traditional water-related activities and social events for the membership as
well as aggressive involvement within the community to support both
community-wide events and charitable causes. The Club strives to be aware of
boating safety issues and to support initiatives that will improve boating
safety on our waterways.

The Yacht Club volunteers it's boats and
time to support the national Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity whose members ride
bicycles from San Francisco to Washington, D.C. each year during the Summer
months. The purpose of their ride is to increase handicap awareness as part of a Push America
initiative.

lights in early December. Hosted and managed by the
