Yacht Club Partnerships

The London Bridge Yacht Club has formed partnerships with specific organizations to enhance our ability to provide support within our local community. Specific partnerships and their benefits are:

The "Designated Operator Program" is a grass-roots, privately funded boating safety campaign created and implemented by the Lake Havasu City Marine Association. The program mission is to instill awareness among recreational boaters that assigning the responsibility of a sober "Designated Operator" will significantly reduce the number of "under the influence" related boating accidents and fatalities on the water. This program has the support of law enforcement agencies within the Lake Havasu area as well as the London Bridge Yacht Club. In February of 2011 the London Bridge Yacht Club donated $1,000 in support of this new program.

"Cars 4 Causes" is a National non-profit organization that supports and honors all charitable causes. Commonly known as the "Charity That Gives To Charities" they serve the charitable community by sharing resources with youth oriented organizations, as well as supporting other non-profit, educational and religious groups and the myriad of causes they believe in and work for. London Bridge Yacht Club has partnered with Cars 4 Causes® to process our vehicle and other donations.
